Are Jars Céramistes products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, our high-fired stoneware is designed for daily use. Most of our collections are safe for both the dishwasher and microwave; however, we recommend avoiding thermal shock by not moving items directly from the freezer to a hot oven.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our workshop.
What is your return policy for ceramic items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the fragile nature of ceramics, customers are responsible for ensuring the items are securely packed for the return journey.
Why are there slight variations in color and texture between pieces?
Each piece is handcrafted in our workshop in France. These variations are a hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship and the reaction of our unique glazes during the firing process, making every item truly one-of-a-kind.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging our ceramics, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives broken, please contact our support team within 48 hours with a photo of the damaged piece and the packaging for a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.
