We take great pride in the artisanal quality of our stoneware; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all ceramic pieces are unused and returned in their original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap each ceramic piece in its original bubble wrap and internal padding to ensure it reaches us without damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
